Return & Exchange

Items purchased on will gladly be accepted for store credit or an exchange within 14 days of the delivery date. There are no returns for refunds. Returned Swimwear must have all original tags attached, be unused, undamaged, unwashed, have all original packaging, and must have sanitary liner in place. You will also need to print out the return and exchange form, fill it out and include it with your return. Please allow up to 5 business days from the receipt of your return to be processed. If you need it processed sooner, please contact us to try to accommodate you the best we can. Once we receive your return we will contact you for payment for return postage fees. Please note that the customer is responsible for all return shipping fees unless it was established we were at fault. Return and Exchange policy is strictly enforced.

Please make sure to hold on to your tracking number in case we ask for it. We cannot assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation for packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to our office.

Lost/Stolen Packages

Please keep in mind Joselyn Cano Swimwear is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. It is the responsibility of the postal service once it leaves our warehouse.  If you have not received your package but your tracking information indicates it was delivered, please contact USPS at    1 (800) 275-8777 to file a claim.
